To mark its fiftieth anniversary, the Irish Federation of University Teachers is pleased to announce the award of five student bursaries of €2,000 each.

The bursaries are open to students of any nationality currently registered for either undergraduate or postgraduate studies in any one of the seven universities in the Republic of Ireland and the eight other Higher Education Institutions where IFUT is represented.1

The bursaries are intended to provide financial support for travel and research in connection with the applicant’s undergraduate or postgraduate studies and publications.

Applicants are required, in the first instance, to register their interest by 31 December 2013, including the title of the proposed project and a description in not more than 300 words.
