Take the Red Line to Smithfield.  The stop is at the corner of Hammond Lane and Smithfield. Walk up Smithfield (past the Park Inn hotel on your right), turn left onto King Street at the top, then right to Brunswick Street, cross Brunswick Street and walk up Grangegorman Road (by the side of Peppe’s Italian restaurant).  Keep walking up the hill (about 10 minutes) until you get to the gates of Grangegorman on your left.

The 10/10A bus travels up O’Connell Street and Granby Row, past the Mater Hospital, and along the North Circular Road towards Phoenix Park.  St Peter’s Church is on the corner where the North Circular Road turns left off New Cabra Road.  Get off at the next stop after St Peter’s Church and walk down Rathdown Road or Grangegorman Road (about 5 minutes) until you get to the gates of Grangegorman on your right.

From the North Circular Road, turn down Rathdown Road or Grangegorman Road until you get to the gates of Grangegorman on your right.  If you are coming from the Southside, drive across the bridge at Usher’s Quay/Ellis Quay into Blackhall Place. Turn right into North Brunswick Street, then left into Grangegorman Road Lower.  Drive up until the gates of Grangegorman on your left.
