Labour Court Determination FTD1121

The Determination relates to the Appeal by University College Cork to a Rights Commissioner decision on the redundancy payment to an employee who had been on a fixed-term contract. The Labour Court heard the case on 11 May 2011.

The University appealed the Labour Court Determination to the High Court. The High Court heard the case in 2011 and issued its judgement on 17 February 2012.
